Not-ella Hot Chocolate

This has been part of my breakfast staple for the recent couple of days. It’s taken over my obsession for matcha lattes; I still love that though from time to time. This hug in cup drink is so ridiculously easy to make, you don’t need to be a cook to make it so don’t worry.

I made a cup for my sister and I this morning and believe it or not she said it was the best hot chocolate she’s ever had. The reason being for this I believe is the good quality chocolate used that hasn’t been processed and with no added preservatives or ingredients. Also, the creamy hazelnut nutella-like milk really works well in the whole recipe; leaving the hot chocolate tasting magical!









For 2 people: 

1 1/2 cup hazelnut milk  (I use Rude Health)

4 tsp raw cacao powder

2 tsp raw coconut sugar



Heat the milk in a small saucepan, depending on how much you want to make. When the milk boils, add in the cacao powder and coconut sugar and place the heat on the lowest. Stir until the mix is chocolatey brown. Leave on the heat for 5 minutes then serve. Delicious!
