Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

2 bowls

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup oat milk

1 tsp vanilla bean

Topping:

Frozen raspberries

Frozen blackberries

Pumpkin seeds

Coconut flakes

Cacao nibs

Method:

Place the frozen banana, strawberries, vanilla bean and oat milk in a blender. Process until completely smooth but the mixture should be thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
