Honeycomb Coffee

3 small honeycomb chunks

1-2 shots espresso

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

In a glass, add ice followed by honey, almond milk and vanilla extract. Place the honeycomb directly over and pour the espresso (make sure its warm so the honeycomb breaks and melts). Serve and enjoy!
